The Scariest Of The Scary – Halloween 2018 in the NBA

It’s Halloween, and it’s fun. Lotsa kiddies out there grabbing up the good candy (Snickers, Twix, Butterfingers and definitely NOT Smarties). But Halloween isn’t just for the kids, NBA players of all shapes, sizes and ages have gotten in on the act.

Here are some of our favorite Halloween costumes from across the league:

Here’s Bill Russell. He’s dressed as Bacon. What’s better than Bacon (not much)? BILL RUSSELL IS. The Legend dunked on everyone with this costume.

Here are the Warriors of “Golden State”. I don’t see their costumes though…because this is how the rest of the league sees them on the court. They’re scary, and they give everyone nightmares. 

The game was a bit scary last night to watch, but Amir and Cov get scary in a Halloween way. In fact, Covington really scares me here. 

Mo Harkless. What can we say here other than “well done, sir. well done.”

Awww, come onnnnn mannnnnn! The TNT crew got in on the act, and Charles Barkley is the key here. He really sells the clown thing. Because man, get on that Twitter, Chuck, we need you here!!!!!

And here are the Trailblazers. They clearly set aside a large budget for Halloween this year. We can get down with that.

Don’t forget about those Blazers rooks. Not scary. But frightening.

Wait…what’s this? Is that? THE PHANTOM OF THE PROCESS JOEL EMBIID? No no, just a fan. A fan with a killer costume. Process trusted.

While this isn’t a “costume” they’re an amazing pair of Halloween-themed kicks. We expect this from KARLLLLL ANTHONY TOWNEEEEES (his name must be said in this way at all times.) but he surely came through with these fly shoeboats.

Sorry about the MLB playoff loss, Aaron…..GORDON? Yes, Aaron Gordon indeed looks like Aaron Judge of the Yankees, but he went all out to prove the point.

In between triple dubs, Russ got into the spirit, too.

Yo dawg, we heard you like Michael so here’s Michael watching Michael. OMG ITS LEBRON JAMES.

While not an official costume, we sure wish it was. Yes, King James is king, but this would make for a heck of a film. We’ll have to settle for Space Jam 2, where Mr. James plays Michael Jordan 😉
