One of Philadelphia’s favorite sons, Meek Mill, is reportedly trying to help the Philadelphia 76ers recruit James Harden to the team. The Dreams and Nightmares rapper, and Harden are good friends and it is rumored that Harden would often talk to Meek while he was still in jail. Hardens status and boiling relationship with the Houston Rockets has recently been the topic of discussion around the NBA community. Harden, being one of the leagues premier players apparently wants out of Houston and has declared both the Brooklyn Nets and Philadelphia 76ers as his top 2 destinations. The 76ers are looking for a third star to pair with their young duo of Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons. With new coach Doc Rivers at the helm a trio of Simmons, Embiid, and Harden could be enough to put them over the top and propel the Sixers into serious contention. Meek is doing everything in his power to bring one of the leagues biggest faces to the City of Brotherly Love. Thank you Meek!
