What’s Up Sixers fans,
Thanks to everyone who tailed last night and took Ben’s over Pts+Rebs+Assists, the pick of the night sits at 1-1 and more importantly, our Sixers are a league-leading 7-1. Tonight, what would have been the toughest test of the young season lies ahead tonight, against the Brooklyn Nets. No Kevin Durant due to the leagues COVID-19 protocol, but this team is no easy out even without him. That being said, as I am writing this Kyrie has just been announced out for tonight’s game as well, so hopefully the Sixers can get a relatively easy win. The pick of the night is Sixers -4 (-112). The Sixers should be at full strength aside from possibly being without Seth Curry who is listed as questionable, due to left ankle soreness (per Keith Pompey). The Nets however, have looked atrocious this year without either of their two superstars on the court. To be fair, Dinwiddie has been out, who bolsters the second unit along with Levert. But without Kyrie, Durant, or Dinwiddie, I find it hard to believe this Nets team can keep it close against our red-hot squad. I would make the most of this promotion by hammering the Sixers to cover the spread against a banged-up Nets squad to continue their league best start to the year.
